Starting your own business is more complicated than it sounds and even if you’re the most creative, ambitious person in the world I don’t know that there’s ever going to be someone who isn’t unprepared for something. I for one didn’t know anything about the logistics – the Business Electricity Rates and dealing with an accountant – and I’m lucky my father did so I wouldn’t get so in over my head. It’s been a long road getting this place from conception to the grand opening but next weekend is coming fast and i think we’re just about ready. I can’t wait to see how the public responds to things here and also to get going with what I think’s going to be my life’s work. There’s something to be said for pouring your heart and soul into something you’re passionate about and that’s what I try to do here each and every day. I don’t think there’s any point in doing it if you’re not really going to love it, you know?
